The restaurant run by Union Hotels will open its doors and welcome guests looking for a new culinary experience in the middle of August 2016.

The summer heat in the centre of Ljubljana is best fought against with ice cream. At Grand Union Café, ice cream is made by the well-known master confectioner Alma Rekić. After ranking sixth in last year’s SoolNua World ICECREAM Index, Grand Union Café is hoping for an even better ranking this year with some new ice-cream flavours. Both hotel guests and other visitors to Ljubljana can try the finest ice cream on the terrace of Grand Union Café and all ice cream lovers are also kindly invited to indulge in this refreshing dessert at Union’s Ice Cream Mania.
