Guest Services“I always consider the guests’ wishes by advising them on accommodation, desirable additional equipment and entertainment like excursions, sightseeing, shopping or going to a concert. I make sure the returning guests are accommodated in their favourite rooms, where they feel like they do at home. Fulfilling the guests’ wishes has been my motto in my entire years-long career at the Grand Union Hotel.
