Ljubljana attractions

The Triple Bridge
On the same spot where the Ljubljanica river had been crossed in the middle age, the stone central of the three bridges forming the Triple Bridge, the so-called Spittal Bridge was built in 1842.

Ljubljana Castle
One of the most noticeable sights of Ljubljana dates back to the middle ages. The original shape of the castle was altered in the 15th century.

Plečnik’s Market
There’s a saying that one can only feel the beat of the city when standing in the city’s central market. Take a walk around the Ljubljana Central Market and feel it!

The Cathedral
The Cathedral of Saint Nicholas is situated on a site which was in the 13th century occupied by a small Romanesque church, built by Ljubljana’s fishermen.
