Chef Janez Bratovž has created a tasting menu especially for the guests of Union Hotels, who understand the taste of perfection and love indulging in the art of the finest cuisine.

The menu is based on the relationship between the four basic elements: earth, water, air and fire. In addition to an unforgettable experience for your taste buds, the package includes a guided tour of the old town of Ljubljana and the use of the Union Hotels’ swimming pool, sauna and gym.
