The Grand Hotel Union Business has an underground garage with 120 parking spaces. The cost is currently EUR 20 per car per night (subject to change without notice). The charges may be billed to the hotel bill.

BUSINESS transfers are normally provided in an ordinary sedan accommodating up to two persons, two medium sized pieces of luggage and two pieces of hand luggage – or an ordinary van accommodating up to six persons, six medium sized suitcases and six pieces of hand luggage.

EXECUTIVE transfers are normally provided in a luxury sedan, which is usually a Mercedes E class or similar accommodating up to two persons, two medium sized pieces of luggage and two pieces of hand luggage – or a luxury van, which is usually a Mercedes V class or similar, accommodating up to six persons, six medium sized suitcases and six pieces of hand luggage.

Private transfers organized by the hotel include a waiting time of up to 30 minutes from the ETA of the flight, additional waiting is charged EUR 20.00 per hour.

Ljubljana Airport (LJU) – transfer time about 30 minutes – one way, per vehicle, the charges can be placed on the hotel bill.

Shuttle service – shared with other customers – is available in Ljubljana via our partner eRydes – HERE. Please consult their website for information and reservations. You may reserve the service directly and ask the charges to be placed on the hotel bill.

Taxi is approximately the same cost as the sedan service offered by the hotel. It is suggested that you agree on the price with the driver prior to leaving the airport.

For same day services, it is suggested you contact the hotel via phone. The hotel staff will reconfirm the service once everything has been arranged. For transfers from the hotel to the airport(s), our staff will suggest the pick-up time for departure.

The hotel staff will reconfirm the service once everything has been arranged. The charges may be placed on the hotel bill when the service is arranged through the hotel.

Guests of the Grand Hotel Union Business may enjoy complimentary use of the fitness facilities located on the mezzanine level. Guests may also enjoy complimentary access to the indoor pool and sauna area located on the 8th floor. Sense Wellness is located on the same floor and offers a variety of massage and beauty treatments, available at an additional costs.

PET POLICY

Dogs and cats with a maximum weight of 10 kg/22 lb are welcome, however, the hotel needs to be notified prior to the arrival. A request for any other type of pets needs to be addressed to the management via email to ([email protected]). Pets may not remain in the accommodation alone and unguarded as the service staff may need to enter. A one-time per-stay per-room pet cleaning fee of EUR 30.00 will apply.
